You have a really great blog on this subject. I have found that the pre-hypnosis process is just as vital as the actual induction in assisting clients while using hypnotherapy. The client comes to the session expecting a magical, mystical change by the technician performing the hypnosis. The number one thing I look for prior to the hypnotic trance is for the person to swallow. This is my way of knowing the person is begining to let go and relax their mind. I really appreciate this post. I will share it with others at my private practice.
